Return your items within 30 days of delivery using our Returns Centre.
From July 4, for a limited time, we're waiving the $12 return fee on eligible refunds, exchanges and gift cards. This applies to returns lodged from July 4 onwards. If your return was submitted before this date and hasn't yet been delivered or processed, the return fee will still apply. Once this period ends, any return lodged while it was active will still have the fee waived, even if it's delivered or processed afterwards.
Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box & your item/s placed into the mailing bag or box and securely sealed.
Package your goods with all original packaging (including your shoe box) with your receipt.
Print and securely attach the provided returns label to the front of your return package.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process your return from the date your order arrived back at our warehouse. Please note that even if our processing is delayed, your return will still be eligible if it was submitted within 30 days of delivery and complies with our returns policy.
Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, this portion of your refund will be issued as a Tony Bianco gift card.
Exchange requests are not always guaranteed and are subject to stock availability.
If we receive a return for an item marked final sale you will be contacted to arrange for it to be re-shipped to you.
