Made To Order
Our Made to Order service allows you to create any current style using our available in-season fabrics. Simply visit us at one of our boutiques to browse our material swatches and have your favourite silhouette tailored specifically for you.
While you can choose from our curated selection of seasonal fabrics and styles, we are currently unable to accept bespoke structural modifications or unique design customisations beyond the provided options.
Once you place your order with our team at one of our boutiques, our factory begins crafting your custom shoes. Your order will be ready for delivery approximately 8–10 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note: This timeframe is an estimate and is subject to change. Our team will keep you updated on your order’s progress via email.
Shipping charges are a flat rate of $30 for Australian customers, for international customers the rate changes depending on your region and will increase by $30 from the standard shipping rate for the made to order product.
If you are located internationally outside of Australia, your order may be subject to Duties and Taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes charged are at the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed by Tony Bianco.
As each pair of our Made To Order shoes is custom made specifically for you, we're unable to make any changes or amendments once your order has been placed.

As your shoes are custom and made especially for you, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any Made To Order products, including size exchanges, unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Yes, all Made To Order products and the materials used to create them can change at any time. We are constantly innovating and improving our offerings, which means that specifications for our custom products and the materials we use may be updated without prior notice.
