Made To Order
Our Made To Order service provides the flexibility to create styles using our available in-season fabrics, tailored specifically for you.
We currently offer this service in limited styles online and in our full range in boutiques.
Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to accept any bespoke customisation to our Made To Order products.
Once you place your order, our factory will begin to make your custom shoes. Once they begin, your order will be shipped in approximately 5 weeks from when you place your order.
All communication in regards to your Made To Order will be via email.
Shipping charges are a flat rate of $30 for Australian customers, for international customers the rate changes depending on your region and will increase by $30 from the standard shipping rate for the made to order product.
If you are located internationally outside of Australia, your order may be subject to Duties and Taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes charged are at the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed by Tony Bianco.
As each pair of our Made To Order shoes is custom made specifically for you, we're unable to make any changes or amendments once your order has been placed.

As your shoes are custom and made especially for you, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any Made To Order products, including size exchanges, unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Yes, all Made To Order products and the materials used to create them can change at any time. We are constantly innovating and improving our offerings, which means that specifications for our custom products and the materials we use may be updated without prior notice.
