Pick up in Store
Please note, our pick up in store and find in store services are currently unavailable at this time.
The fastest and easiest way to check in store stock is to contact your nearest boutique, use our store locator to get contact details and locations here. Note that our online customer service team are only available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
It's easy! Simply browse the website and find the products you want, then follow the steps below:
- Choose your selected size.
- Click on Find In Store first to see if the size is available at your closest store. The closest store with stock available will be the only stores displayed.
- Select your closest store and Add To Bag on the pop up.
- Complete your order and once you have successfully placed your order, wait for us to send you an email telling you your order is ready.
- If you don't receive an email with 24 hours, please contact the store where you placed your pick up in store - Store Locations
- Head to your store with photo ID and the order confirmation email to collect your order.
- If you can't collect your order straight away, the store will hold it for 14 days and you will be contacted.
- If we encounter any issues with your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
