Our Made To Order service provides the flexibility to create styles using our available in-season fabrics, tailored specifically for you.
We currently offer this service in limited styles online and in our full range in boutiques.
Once you place your order, our factory will begin to make your custom shoes. Once they begin, your order will be shipped in approximately 5 weeks from when you place your order.
All communication in regards to your Made To Order will be via email.
Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to accept any bespoke customisation to our Made To Order products.
If you are unsure of your size, please check our size guide on the Made To Order product page. You're welcome to visit a Tony Bianco boutique near you, where our friendly team can personally assist you in choosing the best size. Alternatively, our Guest Experience team are available online via chat or phone to discuss sizing options.

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $30 for Australian customers, for international customers the rate changes depending on your region and will increase by $30 from the standard shipping rate for the made to order product.
As each pair of our Made To Order shoes is custom made specifically for you, we're unable to make any changes or amendments once your order has been placed.

As your shoes are custom and made especially for you, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any Made To Order products, including size exchanges, unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
